Our 5 apartments in San Vigilio di Marebbe are close to the ski-slopes and offer you lots of advantages: large, practically arranged spaces, the exclusive use of natural materials, contemporary wooden furniture, kitchens with all amenities, spacious bathrooms with toilet, shower and bidet, bright interiors and private balconies with fantastic views. Each apartment has its own designated cellar space for storing bikes and skis.

An extra service: would you like to go skiing one last time on your day of departure? We can provide a room where you can shower and change after a last day on the slopes and then travel home relaxed and stress-free!
Information about prices & terms of payment and cancellation
- Local Tax: Applicable for age 14 upwards. Please pay the full amount of local tax in cash at time of departure (2.70 Euro per person and day)
- Final payment : Please settle your account on the day before your departure, with payment by credit card (VISA, Master Card or EC Card), debit card, Click to pay, cash or cheque.
- Your reservation deposit is retained as protection against cancellation (under the terms of Article 1385 of the Italian Civil Code).
- Cancellations with at least 1 month's notice will not incur additional penalties (apart from the deposit already paid). If you cancel later than this, you will be charged for the entire stay.
- In the event of late arrival or early departure, you will still be charged the agreed price per day for the period booked. Communication pursuant to Part III, Title III, Chapter I of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (the Consumer Code).

Pets are not allowed
As animal-lovers ourselves, we understand your wish to bring your beloved pet on holiday. But for hygiene reasons and on account of allergies, we have chosen to implement a "pet-free" policy. We are sorry we cannot satisfy your needs, but we trust that you will understand.
